I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in the area. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with spacious and comfortable accommodations that easily fit our group of four. The location was perfect, situated in a nice quiet area that was still within a short walk of the town and the lifts. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food and was of great quality, ensuring a good start to the day.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were great without any issues.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with balconies to enjoy the beautiful views. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk from the town and the ski lifts. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, making our stay even more enjoyable.
There were a few downsides to our stay. there was no Wi-Fi available, which was a bit inconvenient.

We were given rooms at their other hotel, the Postschlossl, which was in the middle of Mayerhoffen, next to a very good traditional Austrian restaurant. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and the breakfast was very good.
Arriving on Saturday evening, parking was tight.

The hotel is in an idyllic location, less than a 5 minute walk to the town centre. The rooms were fairly basic but comfortable. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.
Othter guests tend to use the terrace, if you are in either of those 2 rooms there is not much privacy for you. That is the only thing we did not like.

Great rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of space to store clothes. the breakfast selection offered a variety of options and filled us up for a day on the slopes. Convenient location within walking distance to the ski lifts made it easy to hit the slopes as soon as they opened.
Service wasn't always helpful and some amenities were lacking, such as no hand soap in the bathroom and sauna not working. the reception was only open for a limited time which made it difficult to talk to staff about any issues that arose.

The location is good, nice view.
Minibare didnt work, when we tried to fix it, we saw a layer of dust upon it. So the cleaning is bad. Sink was leaking. No receptionist during the whole stay.

The dining room is very nice
We did not stayed in the main area, it was tiny and with old furnitures, not like the photo seen on internet. The towel were never changed, even if we put one on the floor to be changed. The breakfast was with basic products you can find in hard discount. The parking was also tiny, so I had a scratch on my car.
